My name is Meredith Cameron and my husband and I recently made the transition from renting to ownership and purchased our first home. As first time home buyers, we were new to the home buying experience and were slightly hesitant about what to expect as we began our search for the “perfect” home. After a two month home search that provided zero results, we were given the name of Kate Wilkes and told of her specialty regarding the Clintonville area.

My husband made one phone call to Kate, on a Friday afternoon, and within one hour we were sent listings for over 15 homes matching our criteria. We were in a bit of a time crunch to move and knowing this, Kate made adjustments to her own schedule to meet our needs.
